Choose the matching plan
Choose the plan whose member limit covers everyone currently active. Once the limit is reached, no further members can be activated or invited until a spot opens up or the plan is upgraded.

Do lower-priced plans include fewer features?
No. Every Choirspace plan includes the complete feature set. Plans differ only by active members, administrator seats, included storage, and price.
Which members count toward the limit?
Active regular members, active guests, and administrators count toward the member limit. Pending or withdrawn invitations, rejected accounts, deactivated and former members, and expired guest accounts do not count.
Do guests count separately?
No. Active guests count like regular members. There is no separate free guest allowance.
Can we manage several choirs or ensembles together?
Yes. One organization can run several ensembles, for example a children’s choir next to the main choir. Everyone active in the organization counts together toward the plan’s member limit.
What happens when the member limit is reached?
Existing members retain access. To activate another member, a place must be freed or a larger plan must be arranged through the contact form.
What happens when storage is full?
Existing files remain available. New uploads require free storage or a larger plan arranged through the contact form.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. The plan can be adjusted through the contact form when the choir grows or needs more storage. Self-service plan changes with immediate activation are currently under construction.
Is there a free plan?
No. Choirspace Starter is the smallest plan and costs €99 per year with our standard annual subscription. Alternatively, a monthly subscription is available for €9.90 per month. New subscriptions start with a 30-day free trial.
Why isn't Choirspace free?
Choirspace is not another choir administration tool, it is a practice tool. Bar-accurate loops through the Measure Map, the Voice Mixer for your own voice inside the choir sound, and the guided rehearsal wrap-up that turns rehearsal notes into concrete assignments – no free choir tool offers that. These tools are developed and run continuously, funded by predictable fees from choirs rather than by advertising or selling data.
