Choirspace plans are based primarily on the number of active members. Storage for sheet music, playbacks, recordings, and other files is already included.
Understand plan size
Included storage is used for sheet music, playbacks, MusicXML files, reference recordings, concert recordings, logos, and other uploaded files.
A larger choir does not automatically need proportionally more storage, so storage allowances increase more moderately than member limits.
Active regular members, active guests, and administrators count toward the member limit. Guests do not receive a separate free allowance.
Pending or withdrawn invitations, rejected registrations, deactivated and former members, and expired guest accounts do not count.
One feature set for everyone
No feature is reserved for a larger plan. Plans differ only by active members, administrator seats, included storage, and price.

Existing members retain access. To activate another member, a place must be freed or a larger plan must be arranged through the contact form.

Yes. The plan can be adjusted through the contact form when the choir grows or needs more storage. Automated plan management is not currently available.
No. Choirspace Starter is the smallest plan and costs €9 per month.
