Members and access

Manage choir members, roles, and guest access

Choir leaders decide who receives access, which role they hold, and when restricted guest access ends.

Registration with approval or direct invitation
Members, admins, and restricted guests
Active, inactive, and pending access

Offer the right way in

New members can register and wait for approval. Alternatively, an admin sends an invitation or creates an account directly. The access status remains clear to admins.

  • Self-registration with admin approval
  • Secure invitations and account setup
  • Direct member and guest creation
  • Pending, rejected, or incomplete access

Assign roles and voice groups

Each person receives the appropriate role and can be assigned to a configurable voice group. Admin access remains limited to the people managing the choir.

  • Member and admin roles
  • Activation, deactivation, and reactivation
  • Voice-group changes
  • Protection for the last active admin

Limit guest access deliberately

Restricted guests see selected concert information and published recordings. Their access can expire, while access to selected concert PDFs is controlled separately.

  • Guest expiry
  • Limited access to selected concert materials
  • No full member practice area
